Hi all,

My name is Piyare Sert. I am 21 years old, and study at University of technology Sydney.

The first week of e-learning i met the other students that were attending the 4pm class on Mondays. The lecturer seems very easy going and works for ING. Her name is Victoria Doherty.

In the first week we went through the student outline, and Victoria explained what the assignments were, and how to go about doing them. She also explained how to gain a higher grade by doing further assignments and research.

After explaining the course we had a discussion about what everybody thought e-learning was. This was a good exercise as we had to play a cocktail game and relate the cards Victoira gave to e-learning. Everybody in the class had to go and introduce themselves and explain their card then swap the card, and continue the game.

This was quiet a useful ice breaker exercise as we met other people in the room.
