For the final assessment for e-learning, we must select a training module that is 3-4 hours in length and reflect on the experiences we have had during the journey. I work for Optus Prepaid Services and we all have to complete a sexual harrassment online training course, which only goes for approxiamately 1.5 hours. In order for me to fulfill the minimum hours stated on the assessment crtiteria i have decided to do another course that will go for 1.5- 2 hours to meet the criteria.

My friend Sam works for Manpower and has given me permission to complete a second online course on their online training and developement centre. Once i have searched their online database i will select a course that interest me the most and will be advantagouse for me in the future.
