I have been given a user name and password by email from the Ai group, which will allow me to log onto their database to complete their training program. So on my work break i decided to quickly log on and read the intructions and the components required to complete the course.

From what i have read on the instructions there will be three components to the course. The first compnent expalins on how to use the training course. It states that all information should be read regarding sexual harrassment, the facts the legislation and the examples provided. The second component is a scenario situation, where there are cartoon style situations and I must select the most appropriate response to the situation. The final assessment/ component to this training module is an exam based situation, where there are 20 questions and I must get 100% to become competent. In some questions there may be more than one correct question.

The criteria that i have read so far seems to be very straight forward, the components seem to be user friendly, and i believe i will be able to pass the first time around. My expectations of this course is that i will get complete the course without problems, and will be able to have a deep understanding of the different types of sexual harrassment and the things to do if it ever occurs to me or anybody else i know in both the workplace and in social settings.
