Second Course- Frontline Customer Service Skills in Turkish

The second type of course i have decided to do is the Turkish Customer Service frontline skills. In this i think i might learn how to approach different customers with different needs, negotiation methods, and conflict resolutions skills, and also refresh my Turkish reading and comprehending skills. I speak a second language which is Turkish and thought it would be interesting in completeting a course in my parents native tongue.

I am expecting a similar situation as the sexual harrassment training- where there may be situations and information and at the end an exam. This is a two hour course, so i hope i will be able to understand everything that is required of me and successfully complete it all without any language barriers. I might have to stop the online training everyonce in a while to ask my parents about certain words that I may have never heard before, which may affect my concentration levels.

I thought this would be most appropriate for me to do because i work in Telesales at Optus Prepaid Services, in which my primary role is to provide Frontline customer service. Although unlike the previouse course i undertook, i hope that this one will provide feedback about what i have done and what needs to be improved.
