I returned to the Sexual Harrassment Online Training after three hours. Every time i planned to go back and complete it, the thought of reading all the lecture slide like information detered me.

I came back to the part where there were cartoon like animation, it provided me with situations and multiple choice questions on what the situation may be… for example whether or not not employing a person on the basis of their race is a) bullying, b) discrimination, c) sexual harrassment or d) or all of the above. This part of the course i enjoyed, as the colourful situations took my attention and it was a break from reading long detailed legislation and facts.

They final part of the course really got annoying and i left it after trying to complete it in 7 attempts. The final part consisted of a exam, and in order to pass the exam you must recive 100%- all of the questions are multiple choice and some of the questions can have more than one correct answer. At my first attempt i recieved 17 out of 20. The following six attempts i reached 19/20… but for some reason could not recieve 100%. After a frustrating hour and a half just on the final part i left it as i had enough of trying to get 100%.
